While at Hugo and Cat, we worked alongside our branding agency Futurebrand and retail agency UXUS to create experiences for a new Motorola support store, the core of the experiences were designed to support, inspire and delight customers along their journey in the store.

As the design lead working with a multidisciplinary team, I worked on the concept ideas, animation, and client presentation.
To welcome people into the store we came up with numerous concepts to ease in customers at the beginning, one of those ideas were to release a number stressball which triggered the slogan 'hello moto' when ready to collect. This would then be used as a humorous way to release any tension while waiting to be seen, and to have a form of a numbered ticket.
We wanted to give insight into the playful randomness of the moto brand, therefore we incorporated the brands animated logo's, videos and patterns to brighten peoples sentiment while in the support store. We wanted to show that there is more to moto that meets the eye and its an ever evolving brand.

We wanted to introduce an app top 5 on moto's latest handsets, all picked by staff to showcase features of the phone, for example a gaming app to showcase the processing speed and graphics quality on a specific handset. This would educate our customers on the latest phones as well as occupy them while at the centre.

We introduced a modular system to hero different product ranges and showcase key products. We produced a module which could incorporate an interactive screen, to give more information on the features and benefits of a product and new tactile ways to try out the product at hand.
We installed the new VR handset to entertain customers with new product launches, event videos and live feeds into our global stores. On tables around the seating area we also placed some of the latest products for people to try out and a tablet showing the store's local website featuring useful information, courses and care packages on offer.

I designed a store site which proposed new product line up's, in-store information and tips to look after your product.
